SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Verrucci Boutique, we offer an exclusive and secure shipping service for all our customers. We understand that you are looking forward to receiving your new watch, and we do our best to ensure fast and smooth delivery.

1. SHIPPING COSTS
We are pleased to offer free premium shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

2. PROCESSING TIME
Once your order has been received, we require 1 to 3 working days to prepare your watch for dispatch, carry out quality control, and package it securely. You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

3. DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery times are:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK and USA: 7 to 12 working days
International: 10 to 15 working days

Please note that slight delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

4. TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery online at any time.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
As we ship internationally, customs duties or import taxes may, in rare cases, apply once the parcel reaches your destination country.

For customers in the EU:
We aim to arrange shipping in a way that avoids additional charges for you. However, if any fees do arise, please contact our support team.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
All of our shipments are insured. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@clienthelpnow.com, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
