What is the difference between watches in Swiss and Japanese quality?
The difference between Swiss and Japanese quality watches lies in the type of steel used, as well as the manufacturing process and machinery. Japanese-quality models use 316L steel, while Swiss-quality models are made from 904L steel, which is significantly more durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant, but also more expensive and complex to manufacture. Swiss-quality models are produced on machines that are cloned to match Swiss technologies and standards, which is why a higher level of precision and finishing can be expected.
Can you send me more pictures of the model I want?
Since we receive many inquiries, some of which come from competitors trying to keep us busy, we only send additional pictures to our existing customers.
Does the second hand move smoothly or tick?
Yes, the second hand sweeps smoothly at a frequency of 21,600 beats per hour (bph).
Will I receive a tracking number?
After we process your order within 1–2 days, we will send you the tracking number by email and also keep you updated via your phone number. Processing through delivery currently takes 8–15 business days.
Do the watches have ceramic bezels?
Yes, if the authentic model has a ceramic bezel, our models do as well.
Does the watch come with original packaging and papers?
Every watch purchased from our shop comes with a beautiful gift box.
How fast is the delivery time?
Once payment is confirmed, we process your order in our warehouse for 1–2 days. After that, we ship it, which may take an additional 8–15 business days until it is delivered to you. Note: Sometimes the warehouse becomes overloaded, and processing time may take 8–15 days.
What type of glass do you use in the watches?
All of our watches feature highly resistant, scratch-resistant sapphire glass.
Can I pay with my VISA/Mastercard?
We recommend using MoneyGram and Western Union, as the policies of Visa and MasterCard are against our products. However, we do process Visa/MasterCards/Amex/Discover for a limited time. If you do not see the option available, please try again at a later time.
Do you ship to my country?
Due to the recent pandemic, we are unable to ship to some countries. If you do not find your country in the checkout options, it means that we currently cannot ship there.
What movement do the watches have?
Depending on the selected quality, our watches feature Japanese movements or high-quality ETA Swiss movements.
Are the watches waterproof?
Our Swiss watches are waterproof. However, our Japanese watches are only water-resistant; we do not recommend swimming or showering with them. Submerging the watches in water voids their warranty.
