RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY (Verrucci Boutique)

At RolexBoutique, your satisfaction comes first. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

1. RETURNS (REFUND POLICY)
You may return your watch within 45 days from the original date of purchase.

Conditions:
The watch must be unworn and in its original condition.
Important: All tags, stickers, and protective films must be intact and still attached. Unfortunately, watches with removed protective film cannot be fully refunded or accepted for return.

Accessories:
The original packaging, including manuals, must be complete.

Process:
Please contact our customer support team for return authorisation, including photos of the watch. Once the item has been inspected, the refund will be issued within 5 working days to your original payment method.

2. EXCHANGES (EXCHANGE POLICY)
You may exchange your watch for a different model within 60 days from the original date of purchase.

The same condition requirements apply as for returns, meaning the watch must be unworn and all protective films must remain intact.

Any price difference will either be refunded or charged accordingly.

3. WARRANTY
All watches from RolexBoutique include a 2-year warranty.

Coverage:
Manufacturing faults and defects under normal use.

Exclusions:
Damage caused by accidents, water exposure (if beyond the stated limit), improper handling, or repairs carried out by third parties.

RETURNS & SHIPPING
Please do not send any returns before contacting our support team. Only use an insured shipping method with tracking.
Please note: Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of the return shipment.
